Introduction
Our grandmother, "Mama Helen" is an understanding for many people that ever came across her.
Mama Helen introduced Frozen Yogurt in bags to The Gambia over 15 years ago.
And it is Mama Helen that coached us into making the very best yogurt today.
We therefore consider it an honour to be allowed to use her name as our company name.

Our dairy produce first started from our Kololi kitchen in September 2002. Due to its success it quickly became necessary to build a dairy factory which was taken into use in November 2004.

We are a licensed and professionally operating dairy plant. Since the beginning we are still processing a variety of produce through simple and honest methods and adjusted to the market needs.

The commercial dairy customers are supermarkets, restaurants, and hotels. We supply every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday freshly produced yogurt and cheeses. Either products of our standard list, as published below or special, tailor made on our customer's request.

We are trying to employ in particular, uneducated mothers.
Our non-commercial dairy activities are that we produce school ice made of milk and yogurt.
Aiming to add nutritious value to a preferred frozen snack for a minimal price.
These are sold at cost price to young uneducated women who sell at a profit that serves as an income.
The school sales are done in a limited break period, leaving the mothers sufficient time to attend to cooking at home and be there for their own children.
